Requires Weekend Host or higher. A lock icon appears next to AI Insights in the sidebar on Free plans.
How to Access
- In the sidebar, click Insights to expand the menu
- Click AI Insights
If you see a lock icon next to AI Insights in the sidebar, you'll need to upgrade your plan to access this feature.
How It Works
The insights engine runs automatically in the background. It looks at your analytics data across all connected sources and surfaces observations grouped into the following categories:
- Conversions — improvements or declines in booking rates
- Traffic — unusual changes in visitor volume
- Channels — which sources are gaining or losing traction
- Attribution — shifts in the mix of where bookings come from
- Seasonal — recurring patterns tied to time of year
- Engagement — content, link, and on-site engagement signals
Where Insights Appear
Insights show up in two places:
- Dashboard panel — A compact view showing up to three recent insights at the bottom of your main Dashboard page
- Dedicated page — The full AI Insights page (under Insights → AI Insights in the sidebar) shows all generated insights with details
Reading an Insight
Each insight includes:
- Title — A brief headline summarizing the observation
- Description — What was detected and why it matters
- Data context — The metrics and timeframe involved
- Suggested action — What you might do in response
Data Requirements
Insights require enough historical data to detect patterns. If you've just connected your analytics, insights will start appearing after a few days of data collection.
Tip: The more data sources you connect (Google Analytics, Guesty, Airbnb calendars), the richer and more actionable your insights become. Connect them from the Integrations page in the sidebar.
